BELGRADE -- The trial of a group former members of the ethnic Albanian KLA is due to start on Monday in Priština.
They have been accused of committing war crimes in the village of Klečka near Mališevo.
Among them is the Democrtatic Party of Kosovo official Fatmir Limaj.
His immunity as Kosovo assembly member protects him from being arrest, however.
The EU mission in Kosovo, EULEX, could not confirm whether Limaj would show up in court today.
As a member of the assembly in Priština, he is not obligated to do so.
The remaining eight defendant are in custody.
